| The Rio Riots claim to
fame was it was Rio's first hard disk based music player, or
Jukebox as these large capacity players are known. Featuring 20GB
of storage (room enough for 4000 tracks) and a built in FM radio receiver,
the Riot can last the distance with a reported 10 hour battery
life.
A grass roots movement hopes to
write a new firmware for the Riot, check of the Forum to become
involved. In addition RiotUs
[RiotReader Download] have a program which can backup the audio files off a Riot (the
Riot has to be opened and Hard Disk plugged into a PC).
Format wise the Riot can play both
Mp3 and WMA files. Dimensions W: 5.37 x H: 3.6 x D: 1.37 inches

Usage: Unpack
zip file, switch on Riot and connect to PC,
when Windows detects and asks for drivers, point to the unzipped
files.
